Since joining Dress for Success Worldwide as an affiliate in 2001, Dress for Success Wellington has been dedicated to the global mission of empowering women to achieve economic independence. We have improved the lives of thousands of women in our Wellington communities and contributed to assisting over 1.3 million women on their journey to self-sufficiency globally. As part of Dress for Success we continue to provide a robust support network, professional attire, and essential development tools, to enable women to thrive both professionally and personally. 

In 2023, Dress for Success Wellington proudly introduced its expanded initiative, Yes for Success, signaling a commitment to inclusivity across all genders. This evolution not only broadened our services but also prompted a thoughtful consideration of how we can best serve people in our region and a formal embrace of sustainability objectives within our core purpose.
