Deloitte Fundraiser

Here at Deloitte New Zealand, we make an impact that matters. Success for us is measured in many different ways, including the opportunities we provide for our people to excel and the contributions we make to the communities in which we work and live.

We come together to support a wide variety of charities and community organisations, aligning our efforts toward problems faced by our communities where our contribution has a positive impact.

Join us in supporting Yes for Success to help people across the Wellington region build the skills and confidence they need to find employment and thrive in their careers. Donate today, and help others achieve meaningful employment, a livable wage, and a brighter future.

Support the clothing drive

Join us for Morning Tea and hear about the Dress for Success mahi at the Deloitte Wellington office at 10am on Wednesday 30th October.

Bring your gently-used, quality clothing to donate. We need a wide range of clothing of all genders and good quality casual clothes as well as workwear. We do ask that donated clothing is clean, in good condition and current (no old suits please).

Clothing donations are carefully sorted with some items placed on our client racks and other items selected for sale in our boutique. While our clients are our priority, you can be sure whether it’s through stylings or raising funds through our boutiques, your donated clothing will help people in the region achieve success.

The presentation will be streamed to offices outside of Wellington. Clothing donations will be collected at the Deloitte office from the 14th to 31st October.

Join the Sip & Shop

If you love shopping and enjoy chatting to friends and colleagues over a drink and a few nibbles then join us at our Sip & Shop with refreshments kindly sponsored by Deloitte.

Our Sip & Shop events are special occasions where we bring out all our designer clothing, open our Dressed recycled boutique in the evening and invite our supporters to browse our racks. Our talented stylists are also on hand for the evening to bring you their expertise. Please ask for their assistance when creating your outfits - they will be delighted to help!

How your donation helps

Yes for Success works to bridge the gap for vulnerable people, especially women, by addressing unconscious bias and creating fairness and equality for jobseekers; instilling confidence, building resilience, and restoring dignity to not only ‘get the job’ but to ‘thrive in the job’.

"I didn’t think it was possible any more to get a job I wanted with the big gap in my CV. I nearly didn’t contact DFS because I was so depressed, but something just made me do it and I haven’t looked back. I encourage anyone in a similar position to contact DFS, they really can help you.''

Sean

''Success means giving things a go and maintaining a positive attitude, even if I don't achieve my goals straight away.''
