We provide a range of programmes to help people find work and achieve success in the Wellington region.
Yes for Success is the home of Dress for Success Wellington. We are best known for our interview styling programme which provides styling advice and clothing for people looking for work. We also provide career coaching, mentoring, work experience and workshops, as well as our prison programme which helps women integrate back into the community.
We have a small team of paid staff and more than 100 volunteers who are involved in all aspects of our organisation. Collaboration is key to our success and to achieve our mahi we work with a range of partners, referral agencies and community organisations.

Our Programmes Manager works with our volunteers and community organisations to ensure our programmes are successfully delivered to those most in need. If you have great communication and relationship building skills and are passionate about helping people create better futures for themselves and their whānau, then this could be your next role.
The organisation has been through a period of change and is now ready for someone to build on the solid foundations we’ve put down. Our new Programmes Manager will focus on promoting our programmes and strengthening our relationships with our referral agencies, while making sure we have volunteers ready to deliver our programmes to increasing client numbers.
Our dressing programme is top of the list. It is truly transformational, providing clients with bags of confidence and the belief they can get the job. Each client spends an hour with a fully trained volunteer stylist during which they receive advice on what styles suit them best and how to make a great impression at interviews. Our clients often describe the session as life changing and leave us with a broad smile and standing 10 inches taller.
Our programmes are fun and rewarding to promote, and the role is a great opportunity for a creative thinker who wants to help people be the best they can be.
Key Responsibilities include:
Working with our referral agencies and community organisations to promote our programmes and increase client numbers.
Recruiting, leading and inspiring our volunteers to deliver our programmes.
Organising and leading our involvement at community events.

This is part time permanent role - 24 hours per week across four days.
