Mentor Programme
Ongoing guidance and encouragement to help you on your path to success.
Do you have a goal you'd like to achieve? Or do you want to get ahead but are not sure how to go about it?

We're here to help you achieve success and for most people that means having a plan. You'll want to know what that success looks like and what steps you need to take to get there. This can seem daunting but having a mentor to help you set your goals and support you as you work towards them will make a huge difference.
Your mentor will help you clarify your goals and will provide advice and encouragement as you move towards them. They are not a coach and will not provide training. Think of them more as a wise counsellor who will guide you and help you achieve your best.
How does it work?
Click the 'Request a Mentor' button to send us your contact details and a few words about what you would like to achieve.
Someone from our team will be in touch for a longer chat and will work with our team of volunteer mentors to find someone with suitable skills to support you.
If we have a suitable mentor available they will contact you to arrange an initial meeting. If we don't have a mentor available immediately we'll let you know and you can choose to go on a waiting list.
You'll meet your mentor to discuss what support you'd like, and if you're both happy with the match, then your mentor will ask you to complete a mentoring agreement outlining how you will work together.
Every relationship is different but you'll catch up with your mentor on a regular basis until you have achieved your agreed goal. This could take a few weeks or a few months and will vary depending on what you're aiming to achieve.
This is a free service which may be provided to anyone needing help in achieving their goals.
You can also contact our Hub Coordinators to find out more.
